Procedure

Dissolve the phase A ingredients in the water using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax, etc.). Heat to 75°C-80°C. Prepare phase B separately and heat to 70°C-75°C. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit. Cool to 40°C under gentle agitation. Add phase C and homogenize. Add phases D, E, F and G one by one and homogenize.

Properties

(25°C): Appearance—Brown soft cream; Viscosity (10 rpm, Brk, RVDV-E, Sp. T-C, after 24 hours at room temperature, mPa∙s)—20000–24000; pH—7.0–7.5.
